- Is this surveillance / bossware?
- No. Atend stores metadata only. It never records keystrokes, screenshots, or the content of your work. A team member always sees their own data, and time counts only for hours you were actually working.
- How does it count the time I spend waiting on an agent?
- That is what Atend is built for. While a tracked agent runs and you're present, the clock keeps going and the time counts as billable Attending time. Other trackers read no keystrokes as idle and throw it away.
- Do I have to track time manually?
- No. Capture is automatic. You confirm time before it becomes an invoice, and you can approve a whole week or month at once if you've fallen behind.
- Can I invoice my clients from it?
- Yes. Approved billable time exports to a clean, rounded timesheet (CSV today; branded PDF invoices coming). Rounding follows each client's policy.
